The factory currently stocks over 120 customized plate molds. With differentiated designs of corrugation depth, angle and flow channel structure, the molds fully adapt to diverse industrial working conditions, including water-to-water heat exchange, oil-water heat exchange, high-viscosity fluid and more.

As the core carrier for plate forming, molds rely on our independent R&D and manufacturing system to optimize mold structure and process accuracy on demand, so as to control the forming quality of heat exchanger plates from the source.
